Commemorating a milestone
As you know, 2014 marks the six-year anniversary of <COMPANY>. It also marks the end of phase one of our global initiative to develop OEM Supply-Fasteners, and with significant investments in Wood Dale, I am pleased to say that we’re on track with our growth plan. For the next phase, we will continue to invest in the facility as part of our long-term strategy, as it is an indispensable part of <COMPANY>’s services to our customers.
While the tools and technology are critical to Wood Dale, it’s your contributions – as a team and individually – that distinguish us from our competitors. After all, any company can have good machinery, but few have the dedicated resources in manufacturing, engineering, quality, service, and sales working seamlessly together to provide our customers with topnotch experience like we do at Wood Dale. Fewer yet have the skills and commitment that you have demonstrated, and for that, I am immensely grateful.
In five years, we hope to have four times the business we have today, and while it may seem lofty, I think it’s a challenge that our team can overcome. If we A.C.T. (be accountable, communicate, and work as a team) together, and under the helm of the very capable <NAME>, Director of Manufacturing and Development, OEM Supply – Fasteners, I have no doubt that we will achieve our goals.
For now, let’s celebrate the six-year milestone that we have reached, and as a token of my appreciation for all that you do for <COMPANY>, I hope you will enjoy the accompanying gift. The details are forthcoming, but there will also be a barbecue to commemorate the occasion.
Please know that each and every one of you is a critical component to our success, and your work will always be appreciated at <COMPANY>. As the Blue Book says, “People come First”, and you are, above all, our People, and we absolutely wouldn’t be here without you.
Thank you for all that you do, every day.
