As the Marketing Communications Manager at The Vitality Group, a rewards-based wellness company, the majority of my time was spent persuading people to fight complacency and to do something that’s often novel to them. I had to change the narrative on wellness – make it fun but also make people accountable – and help them take charge of their own health.

The success of The Vitality program was based on the participation of the members – our clients’ employees.  I led my team in working with clients to tailor a communication strategy that increased adoption and on the tactical side, I created copy for program announcements, health information, and testimonials to garner engagement and visibility.
